Fitness Club including sauna with Jacuzzi for 8 persons, bar, massage, and rooms for relaxation is located in the southern block.

Meeting facilities: On the 2 floor of the northern block located Conference hall up to 90 persons. On the 7th floor small meeting room up to 20 persons with 2 cabinets for the simultaneous translation.
